Robert Lewandowski made a great hat in his first Champions League game at Barcelona as his new side kicked off the European season with a 5-1 win over Viktoria Plzen at the Camp Nou on Wednesday. I recorded a trick.

Lewandowski took over after Frank Kesy put Barcelona ahead in the 13th minute

He scored twice before half-time, on either side of Jan Sikora's goal, which temporarily restored Plzen's hopes of taking something away from the match.

Lewandowski scored his sixth Champions League hat-trick midway through the second half before Ferran Torres put the finishing touches on the goal line with a powerful volley.

Lewandowski's Treble equaled Karim Benzema and became the third best goalscorer in Champions League history with 89 goals.

He also became the first player in the history of the competition to score a hat-trick for three different clubs.
